Printer Policies

90-Day Warranty.
This item is sold with a 90-day warranty, the seller reserves the right to choose to either replace or refund at our discretion, based on the availability and feasibility of replacement product.
Items returned for warranty replacement or refund will be subject to return shipping at buyer's expense. Shipment of replacement items will be done at seller's expense.

No Refund will be made for shipping costs.

For items that may occasionally be received damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller immediately upon receipt. Original packaging must remain intact. Seller will initiate a damaged claim with the appropriate carrier, and determination of refund/replacement will be made by seller following carrier's inspection of the damaged package.

Items Shipped to destinations outside the United States will have any and all warranties voided.

Toner Policies:

We guarantee our customers at least 20% to 50% savings on all New, Genuine OEM brand toner cartridges.  Prices and savings are based solely on the normal everyday sale price at
We guarantee each and every toner cartridge purchased from will arrive Brand New, Defect Free and Sealed in Original Manufacturers Retail Packaging.  Buyer has 10 full days upon receipt of any toner cartridge from to fully inspect and test.  In the rare event of a damaged or defective toner, buyer may return said product to at which time we will replace or refund your original toner purchase amount. The decision to replace or refund will be solely at the discretion of the staff.
